No delivery times are guaranteed as we do not make the deliveries ourselves as each postal service and postal courier has their own delivery time and speed of processing, once an order has shipped we do not hold any further information unless you purchased tracked or Air Sure shipping, if you did purchase one of these you are entitled to contact us at any time to request your tracking number.

Saver and Standard shipping do not have tracking numbers once we pass these on to the postal service we cannot update you on their progress or tell you when they will be delivered and urge you to use the above delivery times as a guideline.


RETURNS

VIP LENSES accepts returns for exchanges and refunds as long as certain conditions are met, please read the information below.

  1. PE Contact Lenses can only be returned for an exchange, refund or replacement in their unopened factory sealed state.
  2. You can return your unopened lenses within 30 days after delivery for an exchange or refund.
  3. Costs for returning the lenses are down to the customer, we do not issue refunds on shipping costs.
  4. Always try to obtain proof of postage when making a return for your own protection.

(include as much information as possible within the return, your order number, customer number, full name and what you would like done, whether it be an exchange or refund)
You do not need to contact us to make a return, all orders that are returned are dealt with on the day they arrive back with us.
